Return Policy

At Sarahs Hair Extensions we are continually trying to improve our products and service and value your feedback. We understand that sometimes you get the product and it is just not what you wanted. If for any reason you are not happy with your product you can return it to us for a replacement or a full refund.

UK Customers

Return for an exchange
• If you have received a product that is not quite as expected we would like to help you. Our advisors are more than happy to give you advice about any aspect of your purchase.
• You can return your product to us for an exchange as many times as you like as long as it has not been tampered with in any way.
• We will not accept back any product that has been tampered with in any way or removed from the packaging due to hygiene reasons. (this excludes products that are damaged or faulty)
• The customer is responsible for all return postage costs.
• If you need any help in selecting the right colour please send a snippet of your hair with the return, or alternatively email some recent photos to sales@sarahs-hair-extensions.com
• We would expect you to contact us to arrange the return within 2 days of receiving your product
• For your security we recommend that you use a tracked and insured postal service to send your return as we can only deal with items that arrive with us.

Return for a refund
• If you have received a product that is not quite as expected we would like to help you. Our advisors are more than happy to give you advice about any aspect of your purchase.
• You can return your product for a refund within 14 days of receiving your product.
• The customer is responsible for all return postage costs including any import duties applicable.
• If the refund if due to an error on our part or a faulty product we will pay the cost of the return postage.
• We will not accept back any product that has been tampered with in any way or removed from the packaging due to hygiene reasons. (this excludes products that are damaged or faulty)
• For your security we recommend that you use a tracked and insured postal service to send your return as we can only deal with items that arrive with us.
